Return & Exchange Policy
- We gladly accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise shipped within the United States and Canada. However, we do strongly suggest careful review of our sizing information prior to your purchase.
- Returns received within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt will be credited the original price in the original form of payment.
- Returns on sale merchandise must be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Clearance items, including merchandise discounted by 50% or more, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Any returned merchandise received after 30 days will be issued online credit at the current value of the merchandise.
- Returns will be processed within 7 days of receipt.
- Please advise reason for the return for our records.
- A one-time exchange for unworn merchandise is ok pending available style, color and size.
- All original tags must be attached for all returns and exchanges.
- Return and exchange costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us upon arrival.
- Regular mail shipping orders will arrive within 7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
- Orders are shipped on business days only.
- There may be factors outside our control which effect the arrival time of your item. If your package does not arrive within the time frame specified above, please contact us with your order number at email@example.com.
